When/ Where are your classes?

Will you be adding more in the future?
We are always listening to our members and trying to be as flexible as possible so that everyone gets a chance to come along. If you have a time and place in mind then please let us know, we may be bringing a class to you shortly!
What should I wear to?
Anything you feel comfortable in. We don’t have a ‘dress code’ and neon leg warmers aren’t necessary! Please always bring a small towel, a bottle of water and a smile to class though.
How many calories can I burn?
We run both Zumba and Poundfit classes, it varies from person to person but in a Poundfit class you can expect to burn up to 900 calories in one 45 minute session.
Will I be welcome?
Everybody is very welcome to come along to our class regardless of size shape, origin, gender or age. We are all human with our own goals and we can work towards those together! We even run kids classes so the children can get involved too. We have a supportive and non judgemental ‘family’ at Evolve Fit that we are proud of.
Do I need to be fit?
All our classes are aimed at all abilities because there is a modification level you can work to. It is important to take things at your own pace, but you will find yourself flying through a class before long!
